Beijing River Garden also offers twenty-four fully-serviced apartments, in sizes ranging from one bedroom (50 m²) to three bedrooms (170 m²). Each apartment is tastefully decorated, fully furnished, and equipped with a broadband internet connection. They are available for both short- and long-term leases.

The kitchen equipment includes a gas stove with large oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, an electric kettle, a set of plates, cutlery, and cooking pots.

Apartment rental includes free use of the facilities at the Club, such as the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, the fitness center, and the indoor children's playroom, as well as one parking space per unit. (See below.)
