With the arrival of many new Residents over the summer, numerous unemployed AYI’s and/or drivers may attempt to solicit within the compound without permission; phoning residents, knocking on doors, etc., and disturbing Residents to seek employment. If you receive a phone call, or a knock on your door from an uninvited AYI or driver, please get their phone number and name, or as much information as possible and report the information to the front desk staff for further assistance.
The solicitation rule applies to Residents as well. A terminated River Garden employee is not permitted to return as a Residents employee and will be turned away from the property by the Security staff. This policy protects your interests.
Please respect the management and employees of River Garden and do not hire them as your private employees.
If Residents insist upon this conflict of interest, Management will not issue a work permit or employee pass - without exception. Please consider this information before you offer an employee of River Garden, Jenny’s or any of the other entities that work in tandem with RG Management to serve this community.
