KIDS BUS STOP NOTES

Sometimes you might feel that making it as far as the bus stop in the morning to drop off your kids is a bit of a struggle – and to be honest it is for everyone!
Our rules must apply to everyone as everyone of our residents and children is an equally special VIP.
With winter and cold weather fast approaching we’d sometimes like to drive straight onto the bus – but that’s not really possible! Here are some points that we hope you will observe as a courtesy to others and with deference to safety
1. No pets, dogs. cats etc. at the bus stop – you well loved family pet may not be universally appreciated!
2. No bikes in the bus stop zone  - this includes tricycles, kids bikes etc. This applies equally and without favour or prejudice.
3. Absolutely NO CARS – its not the end of the world if you’re running late, or if it’s raining or snowing; certainly not  enough to endanger the safety of others. Think about it!
4. Please teach your children to park bikes safely – bikes thrown in the middle of the road or middle of the path, may get damaged or tend to go missing
5. Follow the instructions of our Customer service and security staff. They are there to serve and protect you.
6. If you have suggestions to improve things please let us know – we will be happy to listen.
Finally may we remind everyone who is reading this – who is either a driver or as someone who has a driver – to remember our children’s safety every time you get in the car/SUV/MPV. Observe our posted community SPEED LIMIT of 20kmph. Speed-bumps are intended to signal you to slow down – even if your vehicle can roll over them effortlessly Be patient as a driver ! SPEED KILLS ! It’s never worth the risk!
