Lookout! Who is riding Motorbikes?
We have received a number of very serious complaints from tenants about the loud noise and reckless driving of motorbikes by pre-teens and teens. Thus we would like to remind you to observe the following rules:  
• All drives MUST have a local legal drivers license to drive motorized bikes in the compound
• Non-Residents are forbidden to ride the bikes into RGV. (you may walk it in)
• The Speed limit for all Motorbike vehicles in River Garden are limited to 20km/hr.
